We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with other users as part of the matching service, and with service providers who help us operate the platform.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Community membership follows the ethnicities you save on your profile. In Community Preferences you can hide from community search, limit visibility to people who share that community, and choose whether cards show calculated distance, approximate distance, city, region, or no location.

Unmatched connections are restorable by the initiator for 30 days via Past Interests & Matches. The other person never sees that a record exists.

When you confirm account deletion, the request is permanent. Kai'Mi'Ana removes your member-facing profile and operational dating data. Limited records may be retained when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial auditing, or staff accountability.

Separately, an account deleted by authorized staff may remain in a restricted recovery queue for up to 30 days so an accidental staff deletion can be corrected. This staff recovery window does not apply to a member-requested account deletion.
