Pause your account temporarily in Security & Account → Take a Break. Pausing hides your profile from discovery and messaging until you return.

Your connections, messages, and data are preserved. Reactivate anytime by logging back in — everything will be right where you left it.

Pausing is ideal when you need a break, are traveling, or want to step back without losing your account. You can pause for as long as you need.
